FITNESS RETREATS IN THE NEW FOREST
ABOUT WILD REVIVE RETREATS
Exercise and wellbeing should be a part of everyone’s lives, and research has long shown the benefits of spending time in the natural environment. At Wild Revive we combine the two in order to create an ultimate fitness retreat for your mind, body and soul.
As with many retreats we will give you the short term results such as weight loss and increased overall fitness. It is only through leaning how to change routines and habits that the results will stick. Our dynamic combination of philosophy, techniques and guidance will allow you to continue to benefit from these results long term.
We know all too well the affects and stresses of day to day life at work and home, we created our retreats to give you time to reboot your lifestyle. To allow you to concentrate on your personal fitness, nutrition and learn how to rebalance yourself, with a combination of outdoor training; yoga; massage; adventure and core nutrition.
A little of what you can look forward to:

• Secluded and tranquil spots for yoga
• Modern equipment – as well as what the forest offers
• Varied hiking/running trails for all abilities (challenging
routes for the hardcore runners)

Regular sessions of bootcamp-style, forest circuit training and Vinyassa & restorative yoga will make up the daily core fitness units.
Other outdoor activities will involve a healthy mix of mountain biking, hiking, trail running and Personal Training.
All of these will encompass cardio, toning, strengthening and stretching.
We'll also give you:
• Comprehensive individual needs analysis (including client
profile, lifestyle report, goal setting)
• Health screening (height, weight, BMI, blood pressure, body
• Postural analysis
• Fitness testing (dependant on goals)
• A personal nutrition review and plan (including specific
nutrient and calorie requirements)

We will push you, but we do not subscribe to Army style generic “bootcamp” techniques! We get to know our clients, everyone is driven in a different way and it is only by understanding what motivates and demotivates each individual that permanent changes can be made.

THE NEW FOREST NATIONAL PARK
This beautiful National Park extends across 219 sq miles reaching into the three counties of Hampshire, Dorset, and Wiltshire.
It’s famous for its wild-roaming ponies, cows and pigs as well as its far-reaching heathland and forest.
It is a mecca for all forms of activities and exercise, from hiking to running to cycling - and its wild terrain is a natural exercise
playground without the constraints of walls and conformity of the gym.
